A five-day live build with Werner [1010]

Build the AI work assistant for the job you repeat every week.

Five live sessions. One real job. One supervised agent you can test—while you remain responsible for the final check, decision and action.

[LIVE TIME] SAST · Five live sessions · Bring one recurring job and a non-sensitive or approved work example

Registration takes around two minutes. You will choose the work you want to improve and receive your Day 1 preparation by email.

The agent prepares. You check, decide and act.

Your Five-Day Build

  • Day 01 — The job worth improving → A Personal Job Card
  • Day 02 — What good work looks like → A quality standard and first brief
  • Day 03 — The method behind the work → A Personal Workflow Card
  • Day 04 — The instruction and Human Line → A supervised Personal Agent v1
  • Day 05 — What works and what changes → A Test Record and Seven-Day Use Plan

Your outcome: one supervised Personal Agent v1 for work you own.

The work is already there. The method is usually not.

You do not need to begin with a new tool, a new operating model or a vague ambition to "use AI better." Begin with the work that already returns to you every week: the brief that starts from scattered notes, the report that needs a clearer narrative, the proposal that takes too long to shape or the handover that loses context.

Choose the job you want to improve. We will help you make it clearer, stronger and more repeatable.

Weekly leadership update

A concise, evidence-led brief with priorities, gaps and decisions marked for review.

Client or meeting preparation

A structured preparation pack that preserves source context and expert judgement.

Proposal or tender draft

A clearer first draft with the right structure, evidence requirements and human check.

Project status and risk brief

A decision-ready view of progress, risks, owners and next actions.

Report or analysis narrative

A professional first narrative built from approved figures, notes and evidence.

Account research or follow-up plan

A relevant, structured preparation result that you personalise before use.

A better first result begins with the work you already do.

Your first agent does not invent a new job. It supports a job you already own by making the inputs, method, output and review point visible.

Prepare the weekly leadership update from project, commercial and operating notes.

Where it stalls: Context is scattered; important gaps are found late; the final narrative starts from a blank page.

First supervised opportunity: Create a source-linked first brief that organises updates, flags missing evidence and separates decisions from information.

What stays human: You validate the facts, apply context, decide the priority and own the communication.

This is the kind of job you will bring to the live build. The agent prepares; it does not make the final call.

Five live sessions. One coherent build.

Every day gives you an asset that becomes the input for the next day. By Friday, you will have tested your first agent against a realistic or sanitised case and decided how to use it next.

Day 1 — One job is enough to begin.

Select a recurring job that is specific, visible, reviewable and safe to build around. You keep: Personal Job Card + baseline.

Day 2 — Clarity and checking.

Define the context, task, output, quality checks and human review. You keep: CLEAR Brief + Standard of Good.

Day 3 — A method, not a clever prompt.

Map the trigger, inputs, working steps, output and review point. You keep: Personal Workflow Card.

Day 4 — Supervision makes it useful.

Configure your workflow as a reusable first agent in an approved AI environment. You keep: Personal Agent v1.

Day 5 — Testing builds confidence.

Test, correct, improve one instruction and make a seven-day use plan. You keep: Test Record + Agent v1.1.

The agent prepares. You check, decide and act.

Your agent can help you organise, synthesise, compare, structure and draft. It does not make final decisions, send communications, access private systems, provide regulated advice or act on your behalf.

Bring only non-sensitive, sanitised or explicitly approved material. You remain responsible for the work you use, the data you provide and the decisions you make.

There is a practical starting point for you.

You do not need to arrive as an advanced AI user. You need a real job and a willingness to make the work behind it visible.

01 — I need one better work result.

You use AI occasionally, or not at all, and want a useful professional starting point. You choose one job and learn how to define a result worth using.

02 — I repeat a job that needs a clearer method.

You already know the work, but inputs, steps and quality checks are inconsistent or hidden. You turn the work into a visible, reviewable workflow.

03 — I am ready to test a supervised agent.

You have a repeatable job, an example of good work and permission to use an approved tool. You configure, test and refine your first Personal Agent v1.

Every participant starts with one recurring job. You can refine the job during the week. You do not need to choose the perfect use case before you register.

You leave with visible evidence of better work—not a prompt collection.

By the end of the week, a completed participant has created a small, practical portfolio around one piece of work they own.

  • The job you selected and why it mattered — you started from a real work problem rather than a generic AI use case
  • The standard you used to judge the result — you made quality, source fidelity and professional judgement visible
  • The method your agent follows — you created a repeatable workflow, not a one-off instruction
  • A tested first agent and a correction record — you retained human review and learned exactly what needs to improve
  • A seven-day use decision — you know whether to keep using, refine, pause or deepen the work

Three practical questions before you join

Do I need to be technical?

No. You need access to one approved general AI environment and one recurring job worth improving. The course starts with the work and the quality standard, then guides you through the practical build.

Which tools can I use?

Use an AI environment permitted in your working context, such as Claude, Gemini, Microsoft Copilot or another approved general AI tool. The method is platform-neutral: your durable asset is the workflow and agent specification, not a single tool feature.

What should I bring?

Bring one recurring job you do at least weekly and a non-sensitive, sanitised or explicitly approved example of the input or desired output. Do not bring confidential client, employee, health, financial or regulated information unless you have explicit organisational permission to use it in your selected tool.

Is this really complimentary?

Yes. You are receiving complimentary access to this live experience. The stated value is R10,000. Any eligibility, cohort-capacity, registration-close or offer conditions will be shown clearly before you register.

Is this a certification?

No. Completion acknowledges that you completed the practical five-day build and created the stated assets. It is not a formal certification, regulated qualification or assurance of competence for high-stakes work.

Are replays available?

[INSERT APPROVED REPLAY POLICY. If replays are not available, this will say so clearly and provide the recovery method.]

Bring one job. Leave with a better first way to do it.
